1. All payments are non-refundable and non-changeable.
2. Once the main course and dessert are selected, they cannot be changed. Registration forms submitted repeatedly will not be accepted.
3. There will be professional photography at the dinner party. Registration means you agree to be photographed. HKU PGSA reserves the right to use photographic works for non-commercial purposes.
4. This event is exclusively open to HKU postgraduates and alumni. Each person is allowed to successfully register only once, with subsequent registrations being invalid and the initial submission being taken as final.
1. 所有付款不設退款及變更。
2. 主菜與甜品一經選擇不得更換，重複遞交的報名表將不會被接納。
3. 晚宴現場有專業攝影，報名即代表同意被拍攝。港大研會有權利使用攝影作品用於非商業用途。
4. 僅對港大研究生及校友開放，每位報名者僅可成功報名一次，後續報名視為無效，以首次提交的報名信息為準。
